The launch delivery area will be confirmed after supplier, carrier and controlled-product restrictions are reviewed. No unsupported UK-wide promise is made yet.
Costs and estimates
Checkout will show the delivery charge and estimated dispatch or delivery window before payment. Estimates will not be presented as guarantees.
Packaging and control
Products will be checked against the approved specification, sealed appropriately and supplied with contents, batch or expiry information where applicable.
Delays, damage and missing parcels
The final support process will explain how to report a problem, what evidence may be needed and how CRA will investigate, replace or refund as appropriate.
