Customer cancellation and return rights, return condition, exceptions, costs and refund timing will be stated before checkout opens.
Faults and errors
Nothing in the final policy will reduce statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or supplied incorrectly.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds will return through the original payment route wherever possible, with the expected processing period communicated clearly.
